Beach Boardwalk Spring Overnighter (Tigers, Wolves, Bears)

Every year, we have overnight adventures for our Scouts.  The Webelos go to either the Pomponito or Hornet in the fall.  The rest of the Pack goes in the Spring.

This is a sign up for our 2016 Spring Overnighter.  The intent is to go to the Santa Cruz Beach Boardwalk for their overnight program.  See http://beachboardwalk.com/overnights/ for details.

Because of the popularity, we need to move FAST before it sells out.  The dates we are aiming for are March 18,19.  The price is $69.95 per person which includes

  • Sleep Inside the Boardwalk’s Cocoanut Grove!
  • Dinner, Evening Program, Movie and Games
  • All-Day Rides Wristband
  • Free Play in the Casino Arcade
  • Breakfast, Sand Castle Contest
  • Validated Parking

Pinewood Derby

Hi Folks,

As a reminder, the 2016 Pinewood Derby (PWD) is Saturday, January 30. Below is the schedule for that day.

1) 9-10:10am is check-in time.
This is the only time you have to make any adjustment to your car to meet specifications. Here are the specs for the car:
-weight: 5 ounces or less
-dimensions: 3 inches in height, 7 inches in length, and 3 inches in width

2) 10:10-10:30am Sibling Race
3) 10:30-10:45am Tigers Den Race
4) 10:45-11:00am Wolves Den Race

5) 11:00-12:20pm Lunch and Free Time

6) 12:20-12:40pm Car Judging Awards
7) 12:40-12:55pm Bears Den Race
8) 12:55-1:10pm Webelos I Den Race
9) 1:10-1:25pm Webelos II Den Race
10) 1:25-2:00pm Pack Championship Race
11) 2:00-2:10pm Free Race
12) 2:10pm End of Race and Clean Up.
